About

I’ve worked with over 100 families to provide high quality, individualized instruction in math and physics. Whether you’re looking for a helping hand in a tough course, or enrichment for a student who already loves math and physics, I’ll be glad to work with you.

And a bit about me: I studied mathematical physics at Brown University, taking graduate courses and conducting research related to fluid dynamics and plasma physics. Outside of teaching I enjoy reading broadly, learning languages, and spending time in nature and among friends.

Jasper Voss

Jasper has been an amazing physics tutor. As a student with learning disabilities he helped me learn in a way that worked perfectly for me. He’s extremely patient and kind and I feel comfortable asking as many questions as I need.

Jasper helped my 9th grade daughter prepare for a physics test. Her comment at the end of the lesson was “Jasper is a genius and he is so nice.” She came away feeling much more confident and happy. I am so grateful that we found him.

— Amy

Jasper has been a fantastic tutor for my daughter, helping her with AP Physics 1 and Math Theory. He takes the time to go in depth on questions and is patient when explaining challenging material. He provides clear notes and is flexible with scheduling. His lessons are very helpful and informative.
